乡村振兴战略下传统文化与乡村旅游融合发展探析——以自贡市盐文化为例

摘要:

伴随着乡村振兴战略的实施,自贡市对文旅融合产业发展的重视及政府对盐文化资源内涵的不断挖掘,自贡市盐文化与乡村旅游的融合发展迎来了新的机遇。同时,文化主题不突出,盐文旅产业融合程度较低;乡村旅游市场竞争加剧,供给趋于同质化;资本主导,居民参与程度低;宣传形式落后,宣传效果差强人意;人才缺失严重,文旅融合内生动力匮乏等问题,严重阻碍着自贡市盐文化与乡村旅游融合发展。为了有效促进自贡市盐文化与乡村旅游融合发展,应该深入推进盐文旅融合,彰显乡村文化内涵;挖掘乡村特色资源,突出地方文化特色;构建"三位一体"的参与式文旅融合模式;创新宣传方式,提升宣传效果;实施人才强市战略,创新人才建设制度;推进管理体制革新,制定盐文旅产业融合顶层战略。

Abstract:

With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,Zigong City's emphasis on the integral development of culture and tourism industries and the government's continuous exploration of the connotation of salt culture resources have brought new opportunities for the integration and development of salt culture and rural tourism in Zigong City.However,the cultural theme is not prominent and the degree of integration of salt culture and tourism industries is low.Competition in the rural tourism market is intensifying with the supply being mostly homogeneous.Capital is the dominant factor while residents are not actively involved.Publicity is backward in form and unsatisfactory in effect.There is a serious shortage of talents,and there is a lack of endogenous impetus for cultural and tourism integration.The backward management system and the lack of overall design for the integration of salt culture and tourism seriously hinder their integration and development.Therefore,greater efforts should be made in the following aspects: promote the integration of salt culture and tourism,highlight the connotation of rural culture; exploit every possible resource with rural characteristics,highlight local cultural characteristics; build a "three-in-one" participatory integration model of culture and tourism; innovate the means of publicity for better publicity effect; innovate the talent construction system so as to fully implement the strategy of strengthening the city by talents; promote the innovation of the management system,and formulate the top-level strategy for the integration of salt culture and tourism industries.
