Interpersonal skills are particularly important to college students.Since collegians step into the campus,good interpersonal skills and relations have become the necessary conditions for their survival and development.The environment of unity and friendly affection as well as vigor and vitality will help students to build healthy characters,and the command of basic social etiquette is a necessity for developing favorable and harmonious interpersonal relations.
