中国生态文明建设对旅游业碳排放效率的空间溢出效应研究

摘要:

立足于中国30个省区(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,利用熵值法和基于非期望产出的SBM模型分别测算2005—2019年生态文明建设水平和旅游业碳排放效率,再运用空间自相关和空间杜宾模型考量二者的空间关联性及前者对后者的空间溢出效应。结论如下:生态文明建设与旅游业碳排放效率均具有显著的空间关联性,呈现“高—高”和“低—低”空间聚类特征;生态文明建设对旅游业碳排放效率具有本地和外部双重促进作用;旅游产业集聚、政府干预是提升旅游业碳排放效率的重要因素,对外开放程度和城镇化水平则作用相反,信息化水平、环境规制对旅游业碳排放效率有显著正向空间效应。明晰各因素对旅游业碳排放效率的影响和作用,对实现旅游业高质量发展及达成“双碳”目标意义重大。

Abstract:

Based on panel data from 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, this study employs entropy method and the SBM model based on non-expected output to respectively measure the level of ecological civilization construction and carbon emission efficiency in the tourism industry from 2005 to 2019. Furthermore, spatial autocorrelation and spatial Durbin model are utilized to examine the spatial correlation between the two and the spatial spillover effect of the former on the latter. The conclusions are as follows: ecological civilization construction and carbon emission efficiency in the tourism industry both exhibit significant spatial correlation, showing characteristics of “high-high” and “low-low” spatial clustering. Ecological civilization construction exerts dual local and external promoting effects on carbon emission efficiency in the tourism industry.The agglomeration of the tourism industry and government intervention are identified as important factors in enhancing carbon emission efficiency in tourism. Conversely, the degree of openness and urbanization level have opposite effects. The level of informatization and environmental regulations have significant positive spatial effects on carbon emission efficiency in tourism.Understanding the impact and role of various factors on carbon emission efficiency in tourism is of great significance for achieving high-quality development in the tourism industry and meeting the “dual carbon” goals.
