文章以处在高速发展时期的餐饮业为研究对象,以餐饮行业服务人员中出现的薪酬管理问题为研究背景,立足服务型行业薪酬的主要特点,分别根据薪酬体系的设计、整体薪酬的构成以及绩效指标的设定与绩效占比,对薪酬管理中出现的同工不同酬、员工对薪酬的满意程度低、绩效并没有在薪酬管理中发挥作用三个问题,进行了分析并给出了合理化的建议。
Abstract:This paper takes the catering industry, which is currently undergoing rapid development, as its research object.It takes the problems of payroll management in the catering industry as its research background.It analyses and offers rationalization suggestions for the three main problems in payroll management, according to the main characteristics of payroll in the service industry.Specifically, the issues of disparate pay for comparable roles, low employee satisfaction with payroll, and the lack of a performance-based approach to payroll management are addressed.And recommendations are provided to better the situation.
