课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,文章以烹调工艺与营养专业的核心课程“主题宴席设计与制作”为例,积极探索课程思政的有效路径,在教学团队确定了“以价值塑造为核心目标,让能力培养和知识传授为价值塑造服务”的整体思路基础上,以社会主义核心价值观教育为重点,根据课程内容凝练思政育人目标,深入挖掘思政育人元素,采用项目教学法实施教学,以为餐饮类专业课程思政抛砖引玉,提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Integrating ideological and political theories teaching in all courses is an important measure to carry out the fundamental task of moral education. Taking as an example the core course “Themed Banquet Design and Making” for the major of cooking technology and nutrition in Jiangsu College of Tourism, this paper explores the effective path of course education. The teaching team identifies “value modelling as the core goal, with ability training and knowledge imparting serving the goal”. It focuses on the diffusion of core socialist values, relating the course to the ideological and political education objectives. It deeply excavates the ideological and political education elements and adopts the project teaching method to implement the teaching, which has achieved positive results, and provides reference for the ideological and political education of catering professional courses.
