文章通过对旅游行业大数据技术的关键应用探究,特别是大数据在旅游企业决策支持方面的重要性分析,包括信息资源提供、市场需求预测、定价策略制定等方面的分析,运用线性回归等方式重点对航空公司(行)、酒店业(住)和旅游景区(玩)三个对旅游行业影响较大的主要领域进行深入研究,以揭示大数据技术对旅游行业成本控制的实际效用。随后,再进一步探讨大数据在旅游成本控制方面的影响,包括需求预测与资源分配、运营效率提升、精准营销和客户关系管理、风险管理与应急响应等关键影响因素,提出树立大数据思维,加强数据收集与整合,提升数据分析能力,优化成本控制流程,推动技术创新与应用的旅游成本控制策略,为旅游行业充分利用大数据技术对旅游成本实施有效控制提供借鉴。
Abstract:Through exploring the key applications of big data technology in the tourism industry, this paper analyzes the importance of big data in decision support for tourism enterprises, including information resource provision, market demand forecasting, pricing strategy formulation, etc.Linear regression and other methods are used to focus on the three main areas that have a significant impact on the tourism industry: airlines(travel),hotel industry(accommodation),and tourist attractions(play),in order to reveal the actual effectiveness of big data technology in cost control in the tourism industry.It further explores the impact of big data on tourism cost control, including key factors such as demand forecasting and resource allocation, operational efficiency improvement, precision marketing and customer relationship management, risk management and emergency response.Finally, it provides tourism cost control strategies: establish big data thinking, strengthen data collection and integration, enhance data analysis capabilities, optimize cost control processes, and promote technological innovation and application.The objective is to provide reference for the tourism industry to fully utilize big data technology to effectively control tourism costs.
